We Love You too! We expect to get hate on here, it doesn't bother us. it dose make us laugh though, If you hate us to much why do you find it impossible to stay away from this blog?
The only people in there right mind that would hate us for exposing the truth would be cops, any court officials, And their family and friends. Go ahead hate on us, YOUR MAKING US FAMOUS!

It looks like Shasta County Jail & High Desert Prison are the new Mental Health clinics!

Its really sad but true, Our mental Health system is a total utter failure here is Shasta County or so then any other place in California, the next place would be Yolo County Ca.. And because of it, Many people who are good people are misunderstood in the courts mistreated & misrepresented in the court of Shasta County. Shasta County would rather throw the mentally ill in jail or prisons instead of giving them counseling or medications. The jail & Prison are the Waste Lands of The Mentally Ill! We have recently came across a pretty server case of Mental health care Negligence here in Shasta County, We were reading our comments and came across a comment about racism and police brutality here in Shasta County.

This woman who's husband was incarcerated in October 2008 Because of not getting appropriate Mental care services, The family including in laws did everything they could to get help for the man. But no one cared or would listen, Law enforcement & Mental health clinic, etc.

It is a shame that this man had to be jailed for being mentally ill. The man dose not have a criminal record and was jailed three times in one week.

This has not happened to just this family, It has happened to many others!

you would be appalled at how many people here in Shasta County have been victims of the court system because of being mentally ill and no one to help before they do something wrong.

Most of these people are sitting in jail or prisons.

Interesting, Our Can Ms.Babbits petition is not working. We know why. The D.A. got upset, Well they cant keep the truth form getting out much longer. We will get petitions signed regardless of who tries to stop them. If we have to hang out at the courts and every store we will get that petition signed.

We the people of Shasta County would like a full investigation of Shasta County courts, Shasta County District Attorney, Shasta County Public Defender, Shasta County Jail, We would like an investigation by The State and Government of the U.S. And ACLU, We do believe they is misconduct in the courts & the Jail. We have seen it heard of it, Or have experienced it first hand. The corruption has to be stopped now. NOT ONE MORE PERSON SHOULD HAVE TO SUFFER.

We find it funny.

That Redding Police seam to be training for an episode of COPS. I personally have lived in Los Angeles And Sacramento I see the helicopter up in the air 24/7 in those areas, Maybe for good reason. But here? I giggle about it every time I see the R.P.D. helicopter just hanging out above Redding circling for HOURS. Not doing much but taking Tax payers money in their gas tank.

This area is not big enough nor dose Shasta county have enough problems to drag a helicopter out daily. If it was a suspect that really did something awful then ran , I could understand. But not if someone is going 35 in a 25 zone and pulled over as soon as the police lights were visible.

Also what is it with the cops? You see it everyday. Someone is pulled over for a broken tail light and you get 5 police cars full of officers surrounding the cars.

The other day while I was making a trip to the store. I noticed a elderly couple was pulled over. And they had 4 cops cars behind them. The older lady was crying and you could see she was visibly shaken by the whole ordeal.

What do you think? Do you think the law enforcement is going just a little out of their way to get an Adrenalin rush by surrounding harmless people while in their minds they are on a show of COPS? If it's a broken head light or speeding it only takes 1 officer to write a ticket! Hello!

I have managed to round up the most helpful info I could possibly find to help put a stop Law enforcement misconduct & corruption! This info is for you if you have ever had your civil rights violated by law enforcement any where in California! This info will also be extremely important to you even if you have never had a problem with law enforcement and you just want to help put a stop to the corruption. And also if you have a loved one or know someone who is having or has had problems with law enforcement.

I was also told by the Civil Liberty's Union that anyone whom is fed up with the law enforcement corruption here in Shasta County should get together as a group and go to the Shasta County Supervisors meetings and speak up together. I was advised not to go alone, but as a group.

This will get some eyes open to the law enforcement's misconducts and let them know that we as a community will not stand by and just watch as they

bully us around attack us or our loved ones any longer. If you are willing to go to the meeting and let them know what you have been threw, your loved one's have been threw. what you have seen that law enforcement has done wrong. Please let us know by emailing us with a way we can get a message to you email, phone number etc. And when we think we have enough people and know of a date, time & place a Shasta County Supervisor meeting is taking place we will contact you ahead of time to let you know. we really need to make this a R.S.V.P, So we know we will have enough people to attend. We will also post the time, date and place on here as soon as we know them.

I also have a handbook I would like you to have if you are concerned about police misconduct, I was given this by the Civil Liberty's union. it has about 50 pages! it tells you everything you need to know and what you have to do to fix the problem you might have with law enforcement (This handbook has a list of county's which it was meant for. But I was told that it would help us as well.)
