To make a complaint about a Officer or dept of police, Public defender, Lawyer or Judge etc.
*First start with filing a complaint with the department they work for, Example:( Redding Police officer, Write the complaint to Redding Police dept. A Shasta county Sheriff , Write the complaint to Shasta County Sheriff. ETC.) Then make 4 copies of each complaint. 1, For your Recodes (Your receipt) 2, For the District Attorney (DA)in your area Shasta county District Attorney, 3,For the Grand Jury in your area. In our Area it would be Shasta County Grand Jury. 4, for the Attorney General of California. Make sure if sending threw the mail you send it registered! That way someone will have to sign for it and they can not say that they never got it. Fax is also good keep your face page! If you do it Via foot work, ( Delivering them yourself) Make sure you give the complaint directly to the person who is above everyone else at the dept. Such as a Sargent, Manager etc.
The Grand Jury, Then the Attorney General & Lastly the Governor of California. ( We have tried to make a complaint to the Shasta county D.A. About their officers, But they refused to except any complaints. * I wonder why. )

I was also told by the Civil Liberty's Union that anyone whom is fed up with the law enforcement corruption here in Shasta County should get together as a group and go to the Shasta County Supervisors meetings and speak up together. I was advised not to go alone, but as a group.
This will get some eyes open to the law enforcement's misconducts and let them know that we as a community will not stand by and just watch as they
bully us around attack us or our loved ones any longer. If you are willing to go to the meeting and let them know what you have been threw, your loved one's have been threw. what you have seen that law enforcement has done wrong. Please let us know by emailing us with a way we can get a message to you email, phone number etc. And when we think we have enough people and know of a date, time & place a Shasta County Supervisor meeting is taking place we will contact you ahead of time to let you know. we really need to make this a R.S.V.P, So we know we will have enough people to attend. We will also post the time, date and place on here as soon as we know them.

I also have a handbook I would like you to have if you are concerned about police misconduct, I was given this by the Civil Liberty's union. it has about 50 pages! it tells you everything you need to know and what you have to do to fix the problem you might have with law enforcement (This handbook has a list of county's which it was meant for. But I was told that it would help us as well.)

The police in this area seem to think they run the towns and they are!
I seen the APD use 6 officers to take a little old woman out of BK because she was talking to her coffee
I know she must have been VERY dangerous..
I also voted Yes. The false charges lying and Harrassment of Metally ill & Homeless is totally ridiculous.
Mentally Ill get beat pretty bad up there in that jail! And go read that last blog on this page. the comment left by UNFAIR! and shes right it is unfair but more like discusting. Redding cops do need a tune up. I hope they all are investaged and more then 90% loose thier jobs, these cops are totaly crupt! open your eyes people! next time you see someone getting messed with by the PD get out your viedo camaras, Its not illegal to film them! let the people be the judge and jury, and let them feel our presents! Maybe we need a group that just goes around with video camaras and fallows these cops and watch everything they do. whats wrong with policeing the police? they are takeing advantage of the system and the people. remember your tax payer dollers pay them to put you threw hell and stick you and other innocents in jail. and by the way, i think the cops linked to your blog, did you see the 6 people who voted no? lol! the cops are butt hurt.
The Beatings most of the time take place inside the jail, police cars or The police take victims into rural areas of the county and beat people.I know this I only lived here for a week we live in a rural area of Shasta County. I heard a rucas outside in the middle of the night, I went to see what was going on. And about 200 ft from my house I seen a spot light from a police car. Then another one turned on. It sounded like a huge meeting of people. at first I thought it was a bunch of teenagers. Then I heard a man? getting beat he was screaming and crying please no stop please, I head the people at the scene laughing and I could smell pepper spray. I could hear the hits from as far as my house. It got so bad I ran to get the phone to call police for help. Then my son noticed it was police, He said no mom wait! its the police beating someone up!He noticed from our powerful outside light the white door with markings of the cops on the door, faint but it was there. I tried to yell so they could hear I was out there and they were being witnessed. But the beating continued. It went on for about 10-15 Min's. The man sounded like he was dieing Never in my life or on T.V. have I ever heard someone in such agony. I could not do anything to help. I feel so helpless. And when they finally ether killed him -that's what I believed happened- or when they threw him back inside the car. They took off. As they were driving out of the area they had to come closer to my home. And sadly my video camera was still in moving boxes. I had nothing I could catch them with. I think it is a good idea that police have some sort of government watching them. They are not innocent. But they get away with things like this. And never loose their jobs. That's not right. I don't want my tax money going to bad cops. What happen to the good cops? It looks like they are no better then a gang of delinquents.
